Good training run this morning, even if it was pouring rain around mile 2. Ugh. Everything felt strong, so the extra day of rest must have paid off. I'll need it to get through this week. 6.5 tomorrow, then 3 miles at race pace on Fri, 12 mile long run Saturday. I can't believe that it's just over a week away.
