Oooh. It looks like the graphs are back up and running. This morning's run was rather chilly, with the temperature hovering around 40 degrees. After the run, in addition to the usual stretches, I decided to add additional small exercises.
For today:
5 ankle rotations
1 min of balance for each foot
20 crunches
10 chair push-ups
The first two are to build up the smaller muscles in the ankles, which gave me trouble last summer. The other two are for posture purposes. Yes, I have the upper body strength of a small child. Hopefully I can do these after each run, just making them part of my regular routine.
