I felt kind of sick the day before this run, but after waking up and feeling better, I decided to head out anyway. Unfortunately, it was rather hot and sunny, so after about 2 miles I was drenched and tired. Also, I tried doing 7 minutes of running to 1 minute of walking, but found it to be a little be too difficult. For now, the 5/1 seems to be optimal, as that 10K was a breeze compared to this run.
