Warm-up to marathon training, week 3, run #4

Run Log: Run: 3.11 mi, 28:43, 9:14/mi pace - Week: 12.6 mi - Total: 35.2 mi

Forgot to log my run from yesterday. I decided to try a quicker 5K to have an idea about my race a week from today. The run was pretty good, and I think I'll shoot for a sub-28:00 5K, but afterwards I could really feel it in my shins. I iced them down really well, but realized that I shouldn't have allowed my stride to get so long when I was pushing myself.
